Return and Refund Policy
1. Politique de retours et de remboursements
Le délai de retour et de remboursement pour les articles achetés chez MAISON NOUVELLE est de 30 jours à compter de la date de réception du colis. Les motifs acceptés sont :
- Produit endommagé ou défaut de fabrication.
- Produit incorrect (erreur de modèle ou de coloris).
- Erreur de taille par rapport à la commande initiale.
- Insatisfaction du produit (l'article doit être neuf, non utilisé, avec étiquettes et emballage d'origine).
- Les articles retournés doivent être neufs et non utilisés.

2. Dépôt d’une réclamation
