We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 22 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will my order be shipped?

For customised or personalised orders, additional time may be required to prepare artwork, layouts, or design proofs before production. Design preparation typically takes 2–3 business days and may vary depending on the complexity of your request.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (UK Time / GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.
• The timeframes above apply to standard delivery within the United Kingdom.
• All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays and weekends).
• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to seasonal production volume, courier delays, or unexpected logistical circumstances beyond our control.
• During peak shopping seasons or public holidays, processing and delivery times may take slightly longer than usual.
• International or cross-border shipments may experience additional delays due to local customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?
In many cases, parcels may be held at a local delivery depot or a delivery attempt was made while you were out.

If your order has not arrived after 30 business days from the dispatch date and valid tracking details are available, please reach out to us at support@theukbazaar.com. Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as sending a replacement or issuing a refund where applicable.

If fewer than 30 business days have passed, we kindly ask for your patience as logistics networks occasionally experience minor delays.

How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer free standard delivery on all orders shipped to the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend required.

Any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
